Buy Now, Wear Forever: Denim

Mark my words, THE trend for spring is going to be denim, and I'm not just talking about jeans. A few retailers have released their spring lines and many are showing head to toe denim. Some call it a Canadian tuxedo, some call it double denim, I call it an easy and guaranteed way to always look fashionable. I've been so inspired by some of the collections that I've seen that I have basically pulled all the denim from the back of my closet and I've been sporting the double denim look ever since. Here's the thing, it's doesn't matter if you pair light and dark denim, light and light denim, or dark and dark... it's always going to look stylish! Add in a few accessories, and a bold lip and you have an outfit that can take you just about anywhere.

I used to think that good denim wasn't really worth the often heavy price tag, but in the last few years I've really changed my tune. A good pair of jeans can last you almost a decade as long as you don't over wash them (unless there is a stain, I wash my jeans about once every ten wears) so it's important to invest in a pair that will not only look good, but one that will stand the test of time. This season's denim is light, it has a bit of a 60's vibe, it's relaxed and in my opinion it's pretty much perfection! Below I've rounded up the best of the best, and I've tried to hit all price points and body types. This season when it comes to denim, just say yes! Xx
