Last week I was checking out at Whole Foods and next to the register was Bon Appetit's special edition issue titled Pasta, and on a whim I picked up a copy. As I was grabbing it a few people in line did so as well and the woman at the checkout informed me that it was the best issue yet! Since then I have already made six meals from it and we have loved each one! The best part is that the ingredients are simple and so is the prep. We eat so much pasta as a family, I can't tell you how excited I am to finally have some new recipes. The magazine is divided by meat, seafood and fish, vegetarian and there is even asian inspired section so there is something for everyone. I'm pretty sure this is going to be my go-to for dinners for coming months and I figured a few of you might be looking for some new recipes yourself.
