When Coachella first became a thing, I was about 2-3 years too old to be part of the party. Now, as I creep closer towards 38, I have a feeling that I'm about 20 years too late. While I used to go to Palm Springs often as a kid, I haven't been back to the desert oasis in over a decade. In reality, other than for a festival I couldn't really justify another reason to go back. Golfers we are not. Well, that was until I discovered the Holiday House, and finding this adorable hotel now has me looking into all that the new Palm Springs has to offer!
Holiday House was designed by the famed Mark D. Sikes and really, there isn't anything that I don't love about this happy hotel. Swathed in blue, this hotel reminds me so much of my own home, with the black lighting and fun art prints, and I think this would be such a wonderful place to wake up in every morning. Even better if you throw in some girlfriends, a day at the pool, and some great vintage shopping.
Here are a few images that feature the rooms in the hotel. I love how approachable these spaces feel (a lot of this is from Serena and Lily) and all the little pops of color that are scattered around. You all know I will never tire of navy or a good pattern and this hotel combines both perfectly! Xx
