A few weeks ago, Jo from Cup of Jo posted a home makeover that Jenny Komenda did for her sister's San Fransisco apartment and transformation of the entire space is nothing short of amazing. I'm pretty sure this is the reason the words "light" and "airy" were invented and I really can't think of a more deserving person for a fresh start. (You can read the entire post in its entirety here) One of the things that really stood out to me were the two beautiful sofas that the team used in the family's living room (pictured above.) I clicked on them expecting to find that they were $$$ from somewhere like DWR and was shocked to see that they were actually affordable... like super affordable.
This is when I discovered the awesome new mid-century furniture site Bryght. Bryght is essentially the Everlane of the furniture world. They cut out the middleman and instead of having showrooms and salespeople, they sell directly to the customer online which means they can offer their goods for much less than their competitors. Think West Elm but at half the price. The best part is their shipping costs which are unheard of- a flat $49 dollar fee for ALL your purchases (that's $49 total!) Anyone who has paid to have furniture shipped knows that this is an incredible deal. The company has a 30 day, no questions asked return policy so you are actually able to try the pieces out in your space (and sit on the sofa) which is something you should always do before buying!
Below I picked out some of my favorite sofas and chairs from the site. They also offer some great dining + coffee tables and I love this little pouf! I really can't wait to see what kind of inventory they add in the future! I'm going to suggest some of these pieces for a project that I am currently working on in a nearby suburb and I'll be sure to report back when we get the pieces! xx
